Availability
Product ranges are updated regularly, hence we cannot guarantee continuity of supply. We therefore recommend that you purchase all of your requirements at once. We cannot accept responsibility for any subsequent changes in design, style or specification of your chosen product range.
We do not accept liability for any failures or delays of deliveries that are beyond our reasonable control.
Payment
Payment for the order, together with any delivery charges, is required in full at the time of ordering. The goods become your property upon delivery or collection.
Our Liability to You
We will not refund or exchange any items that have been delivered direct to your home, or those items made to order, unless:
- The goods supplied are faulty.
- Your specifications, as contained in your order, have not been met.
- The goods are in any other way in breach of contract.
All items delivered direct to your home are subject to specific checking and returns polices in respect of damages.
We must be notified of goods deemed "surplus to requirements" within 28 days of receipt. These goods must be in the original packaging and must be suitable for resale. A restocking charge in the range 5% to 30% will be applied on these goods, depending on their condition. For example, a restocking charge of 30% will be applied to goods that have been opened.
Refunds will only be issued when the goods have been returned to either the manufacturer or our supplier for inspection.
No refunds will be given on delivery charges.
We must be notified of goods that were damaged on receipt within 7 days - otherwise we are unable to accept them for return.
Faulty Products
Any item deemed faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for credit. We will pass on any relevant credit received from the manufacturer, whether this is a full or partial credit for the goods in question.
Appliances - As per the instructions from the manufacturers, any products installed will only be uplifted providing we have authorisation by the manufacturer (in writing, and this is usually accompanied by an authorisation number).
