Although an exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed, every endeavour will be made to deliver to you on the date agreed.

For deliveries made direct to your home from our supplier, the supplier or their agent will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

If on the agreed date for delivery, you or your agent are unable to accept delivery, then one further attempt will made on another agreed date. If you or your agent is unable to accept delivery on the new date, you will be asked to pay a further delivery charge before we agree a further delivery date.

Road access to the delivery premises must be suitable, practical and adequate for a high-sided commercial delivery vehicle, and unloading must be possible to carry out conveniently, without obstruction.

All doorways, hallways and points of access in your property must have been measured to ensure that they are adequate for the size of the goods being delivered.

All goods must be able to fit into their respective room/place.

Have your copy of your order handy, as the driver may ask to see it for confirmation.

Be responsible for checking the quantity of the goods delivered.

Confirm receipt by signing the delivery documentation provided by the driver.

Unfortunately, delivery drivers cannot:

• Accept any goods for return that have no paperwork.
• Accept any goods for return that are not suitable for resale.
• Provide advice regarding your goods.
• Remove for disposal any item that is being replaced.
